Welcome to the Exhibition Manual

​

HCANZA is pleased to be bringing the inaugural HCANZA 2022 Conference: Breaking Through to the Gold Coast at RACV Royal Pines on 2-3 June 2022.

​

The Exhibition Manual has been setup as an Online Exhibition Site to provide easier access to information and downloadable requirements. All the information you require to setup your exhibition trestle table, & deliver material can all be found on this site.

 

Please ensure you complete the 4 Step Exhibition Checklist below to finalise your involvement ahead of the conference.

2. READ, SIGN & SUBMIT THE VENUE MANUAL

Carefully read through the venue's Exhibitor & Contractors Manual

  • Once you have read through this document, please sign page #14

  • Return & submit this signed document to the HCANZA Conference team via email to events@tpmevents.com.au

3. REGISTER YOUR TEAM ONLINE

​

Register your team online for the conference

  • If you have registration entitlements included in your sponsorship package, please register them using the link and code provided to you via email

  • Purchase any additional registrations using the Early Bird rate

4. SUBMIT E-SATCHEL ITEM

Submit your (1) x E-Satchel Item to display on the Conference Website

  • (1) x PDF document (under 10mb) or a website URL link can be included in the E-Satchel

  • The E-Satchel will be made available on the conference website on a page available to delegates only along with your company logo

  • Submit your item to the HCANZA Conference team via email to events@tpmevents.com.au

All catering breaks will be held within the Exhibition area.

Parking:

RACV Royal Pines Resort has a large amount of undercover and outdoor car parking. Car parking is complimentary for self-parking.

​

COVID-19:

Following the easing of Queensland Government Restrictions from 1am Thursday 14th April, guests and visitors to RACV Royal Pines Resort will no longer need to be vaccinated to enter the property or be required to check in to the property using the Queensland Check In App.

​

Please follow COVID safe practices whilst onsite and stay home if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19.

​

WIFI:

Complimentary hotel WIFI will be available to connect to during the conference.

​

Delivery Information:

RACV Royal Pines Resort will accept deliveries 48 hours prior to the event from Wednesday 1 June.

 

A delivery label must be affixed to each item sent to RACV Royal Pines Resort. Please download the venue delivery label below. Attention goods to the person from your exhibition booth who will be receiving the goods onsite, and include your company name.

Deliveries will be made available to collect during setup on Friday 3 June.

Venue Exhibitor & Contractor Manual:

All exhibitors must read and sign page #14 of the venue exhibitor & contractor manual.

This signed document must be returned to the HCANZA Conference team via email: events@tpmevents.com.au

by Monday 2 May 2022.

Exhibition Hours:

​The exhibition will be open for the following hours.

Floorplan:

The exhibition will be held in the Hydrate Bar at RACV Royal Pines Resort.

 

Each exhibitor will be allocated a trestle top table. Your allocation will be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. On the day you will be able to identify which table has been allocated to you with your logo on the table. 

​

Exhibition Inclusions:

Your trestle top exhibition includes:

  • 1 x dressed trestle table (1.8m x 0.75m x 0.75m)

  • 2 x chairs

  • Access to power

What to display?​

We recommend bringing:

  • A pull-up banner or table top banner

  • Marketing collateral; flyers, brochures, promotional giveaway items

  • Business cards

  • Laptop or iPad
